When to talk about problems

Make it a practice to only discuss your problems in relation to your goals, transforming your problems into obstacles that can help you reach them.

If you have conflict in a relationship, could you see it as a way to fulfill your goal of becoming more focused and loving? If you are supporting someone having a tough time, could you talk about the healing you are moving towards?

What if talking about a problem as if it were a problem was keeping it a problem?
