I have been curating transformational experiences for folks all around the world for more than fifteen years.
Hi there! I’m Nancy Perry—a dedicated teacher, entrepreneur, author, and speaker with a passion for creating transformational experiences that empower individuals and the organizations made up of them. With over 15 years of experience in group facilitation and leadership, I’ve built a career helping people reconnect with themselves, reignite their potential, and embrace lives rooted in purpose and love. As co-founder of BIG Power Yoga, Live Alive Adventures, Out Here Yoga, and Valor, I’ve had the privilege of blending my professional expertise with my joys—which expand beyond wellness and growth to my family, a well-told joke, a no-holds-barred game night, Harry Potter, and reading, reading, and reading.
For more than a decade, I’ve led a thriving business, taught yoga daily, and written a blog that’s now in its ninth year, all with the intention of inspiring actionable change. My recently published book, Little Shifts for a Big Life, encapsulates this mission, offering practical tools to help you return to yourself and contribute meaningfully to the world. Drawing from my intensive leadership training and my wisdom from my own journey—overcoming an eating disorder, navigating life as a college dropout turned entrepreneur, and raising two incredible children, including a premature daughter with hydrocephalus—I’ve crafted teachings that resonate deeply and drive results. My work has taken me across the globe, delivering leadership and personal development programs for organizations like BP, EY, Crown Castle, and lululemon, always with an eye toward serving the greater good.
I’m committed to supporting you in recognizing the power of your choices and the value of your unique voice. My approach celebrates personal expression, fosters inclusion and community, and prioritizes service—all while maintaining a sense of joy and possibility. I’d be delighted to connect and learn what matters most to you, whether through my writing, speaking, or the transformative experiences I lead. Thank you for being here—I look forward to crossing paths soon!
